While red and near-infrared light are generally considered safe for the eyes, the LEDs are very bright and can be uncomfortable. We highly recommend using the protective eyewear provided with your panel, especially when treating areas close to your face, to enhance comfort and prevent eye strain.
For optimal results, we generally recommend 3-5 sessions per week, with each session lasting between 5-20 minutes per targeted area. The ideal duration can vary depending on the specific application and your individual response.
Our Panels are versatile and designed for targeted application on various body areas, including the face, neck, shoulders, back, and joints. The adjustable stand allows for easy positioning to treat curved or hard-to-reach areas comfortably.
The ideal distance can vary based on the desired light intensity for your treatment. As a general guideline, we recommend positioning the panel approximately 6 to 12 inches (15-30 cm) from the skin of the targeted area. For deeper penetration, a closer distance may be suitable, while for more superficial skin benefits, a slightly further distance can be effective.

Our panels often use both red (visible) and near-infrared (invisible to the naked eye) LEDs. If some LEDs appear unlit, rest assured that the near-infrared lights are working as intended, even though you cannot see them. You might be able to see a faint red glow or a very subtle pinkish hue from the NIR LEDs through a smartphone camera.
